Demonstration Study On Wenzhou Industrial Structure And Industrial Clusters

Industrial structure is defined as the resource division in industries and its relations. Industrial structure theory is an economic theory on proportion of different industries. Through study on the history, actuality and future of the industrial structure, the theory aims to find out the common trend of industrial structure transformation and offers an academic foundation for future industrial structure planning. The study of industrial structure theory includes two subjects. One is study on equilibrium and its conditions of industrial structure during a period. The other is study on industrial structure transformation rule and its causes as economy develops.Industrial structure theory is an important part of industrial economics. The theory was early discussed in works of William Petty with a main opinion that the relatively income difference of industries causes the labor force movement among industries. Later, there were studies on labor force movement trend among three industries, studies on transformation trend of industrial structure, studies on industrialization and after-industrialization society, studies on industrial structure's highly process, highly technology, and intenerate. Development economics helps the developing of industrial structure transformation theory. Industrial clusters theory especially the study on industrial gathering effects enriches industrial economics theory.The study on Wenzhou industrial structure transformation starts from studying the history of industrial structure transformation for analyzing its characteristic and problems. Secondly, it carries out demonstration analyst of industrial gathering since 1980s. Then it brings forward the strategic target for Wenzhou industrial structure transformation and the relative industrial policies including industrial structure policy, industrial organization policy, industrial technical policy and industrial layout policy. Specially, the study also put forward five measures that we need immediately to take during the key period of industrial structure adjustment and optimization and upgrading. At the same time, a policy suggestion is raised to expedite the development of Wenzhou industrial clusters.
