The Problems And The Countermeasures Against FDI Of Private Enterprises

With the rapid development of private economy, how to break away from the restricted factors as location, resources, and market, to get to a continuous growth — is a present issue to private enterprises. FDI is a way out. At present, problems existing in FDI from private enterprises are concerned with various aspects, which are analyzed from both levels of enterprises and government in the paper. Problem on enterprises' level is delivered as "general", the one on government level, "political ". As to the former, under the theoretical guidance of international production compromise theory, analysis and conclusion are made on seven aspects as industry structure, human resource, business management, information, etc. While to the latter, based on the evaluation and analysis on the current foreign investment policies of China, five issues are concluded on foreign exchange management, supervision on macro level, insurance and security measures, etc., and relevant countermeasures are summed up.Starting from a brief introduction on FDI theory, followed by the present situation of Chinese enterprises' FDI, and based upon the FDI cases from Zhejiang province, there came a thorough study in the paper. Last but not least, the supplement — a brief statement of government role and function during the process.
