The Study Of The Impact Of Firm Cultural Innovation On Technological Innovation Ability

The dramatic changes in the business environment faced by china's firms and Fierce international competition is forcing china's firms to raise technology innovation ability. When analyzing overall innovative environment, it is difficult for china's firms to improve the technological innovation ability because of lagging of culture innovation. Thus the practical meaning of this paper is point out. In chapter 2, the domestic and international theoretic sources of technological innovation ability and corporate culture are discussed. This chapter reviews the development of these theories in details. And the comment on these theories' weak points and achievement is made. The research on cultural innovation based improving technological ability is put forward. The theory meaning in this paper is pointed out too.In chapter 3 and 4, The definitions to innovative culture and technological innovation ability are made firstly in chapter 3. On the basis of reviewing fore theories of technological innovation ability and strength index of cultural innovation, and combining the fore research out — coming, I make three dimensions to innovative culture: Innovative value ,innovative atmosphere and incentive system of innovation. Equally, five dimensions to enterprise technological innovation ability are made: R&D ability, manufacturing ability, marketing ability, innovative managerial ability and the ability of fund input. In chapter 4, on the view of economy, I give the relationship between the innovative culture and the enterprise's technological ability. In chapter 5, through the case studies on Haiers Group and Xiaotian'e Group, we validate the theoretic model of culture innovation to improve a firm's technological innovation ability.
