Energy is a important basic of society development. With industralisation development and population increasing, human demanding to a large number of energy and big scale exploitation and consuming to energy, which cause to weaken resource base and pollute environment. So developing renewable energy is very important at present. Because biomass energy's development and usage in China are at the starting stage, our country has not enough understanding to forest biomass energy. Compared with energy of mineral, the main advantage of the forest biomass energy lies in its regeneration and enormous amount, secondly low in sulphur. It is little ash content and small pollution to the environmental, so the forest biomass energy has already been paid attention to by more and more countries. However, compared with non-renewable energy, renewable energy resources have the low density of energy, the great uncertain intensity, uncentralized distribution and the lagged collecting means. These cause the project of the biomass utilize is small in our country.Through analysis and studying to biomass and the collecting radius of the forest biomass resource, this thesis tries to find inherent factors which influent recourse collecting radium, based on the other premises are setting. Then we set up collecting the radius of the forest biomass resource mathematical model, which to ensure least cost of each timber remainder. Then we confirm the parameter in the model to calculate rational average collecting radius of resources.
