Study On Problems Of Agricultural Technological Innovation In Jilin Province

Jilin province has an agriculture-based economy. The smooth and rapid development of agriculture is of vital importance to the elevation of the comprehensive province capacity. The progress in agricultural technology will significantly promote two fundamental changes in agriculture, the change from extensive farming to intensive farming, and the change from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. As a key sector, the agricultural technological innovation is the unceasing source and motivation to the development of agriculture. The utilization of agricultural technological innovation and the input of the connected factors have made them an important source to the agricultural development. We must accelerate the innovation and steps of the development of agricultural technology to increase the content of science of primary products. The traditional agricultural innovation mechanism of planned economy could not meet the demand of contemporary market economy. The shortage of old mechanism which is characterized as the insufficiency of effective supply and effective demand to agricultural technology, the lack of new technology diffused rate, the blockage of agency route of agricultural scientific and technological achievements has dramatically delayed the swift progress of agriculture. So, there is both theoretical and applicable significance to study on the agricultural technological innovation thoroughly. Then, this study will give direction to the practice of agricultural technological innovation of Jilin province.This paper employs qualitative analysis such as compare analysis, history analysis and structure analysis etc. and quantitative analysis including statistical analysis etc. to research the issue of the agricultural technological innovation in Jilin province systematically. The main aspects are as follows.Firstly, the economic analysis is made to the supply and the demand of the agricultural technology. By applying the analytical approach in economics. The factors affecting agricultural technology innovation were analyzed from aspects of the supply and the demand of agricultural technology.
