The Research On Corporate Governance Structure Of State-owned Commercial Banks

Under opening economic conditions, competition in banking industry per se is the competition of modern banking institution, while banks'corporate governance structure is core of modern banking institution. Setting from the general theory of corporate governance, with reference to modern commercial banks, combined with ongoing reorganization of joint stock system in China's state-owned commercial banks, this paper analyses corporate governance structure of state-owned commercial banks in our country, consequently, puts forward some suggestions and viewpoints to build and perfect governance structure of state-owned commercial banks in our country.This paper firstly expatiate the general framework of corporate governance structure, and then introduces two governance types which prevail in international banking industry at the present, through empirical comparison between HSBC and Deutsche Bank, reaches some apocalypses for corporate governance structure reform in state-owned commercial banks in our country.Subsequently, this paper dissertate flaws existed in corporate governance structure in state-owned commercial banks in our country, especially some problems lying in the process of reorganization of joint stock system. Aiming at such flaws, this paper also conducts analysis of how to build and perfect governance structure of state-owned commercial banks in our country, and puts forward pertinent suggestions.Finally, it arrives at a conclusion for the whole paper.
