C to C Electronic Commerce has been sharply developing in recent years, which is a kind of great potential promising business. However, the problems of trust that result from individual uncertainty, the fictitious and open Internet blocks C2C development of E-Commerce, becoming its bottle neck. In a word, it is an important subject on studying E-Commerce management that research the theoretical root and solving for C2C E-Commerce.This dissertation analyzes the trust problems of C2C E-Commerce development in China, which is based on emergence of E-Commerce, especially the appearance of C2C E-Commerce, development and the problems. The statistic report from CNNIC (China Internet Network Information Center) says that the most serious problems are related with trust such as quality of goods, service and security. These problems of trust impenetrate the whole of trade process influence the development of EC market. Trace to its theoretic source, information asymmetry is one of main reasons. EC market has lemon problem, sign sending, converse selection and moral risk which are related with information asymmetry just as many other markets. But, C2C E-Commerce still owns its special information asymmetry: the appearance of Information Sea caused by Internet's open character; the information asymmetry caused fictitious space for fictitious Internet; etc. facing the information asymmetry situation, what roles will both traders ,third party and government play? the dissertation analyze their behaviors in different states by game theory, including the perfect information static and dynamic states gaming between buyers and sellers, the game between government and traders, the game both the third party and traders.Decreasing the information asymmetry in C2C E-Commerce depends on the trust management mechanism. the mechanism need perfect EC system to run, which is about Internet information system, payment and balance, logistics, middlemen's service, individual traders; and relative outside conditions such as economic circumstance, policy and law surroundings and basal technologic conditions.
