Business Management Innovation Question Research

In the era of knowledge economy (KE), the external surroundings of Chinese enterprises have been greatly changed. To these enterprises, the change means more opportunities and more challenges, which relatively makes these enterprises face more difficult task. The change of enterprises' internal requirement and external surroundings consequentially urges enterprises to make innovation on management idea, organization structure, management system and management mode. Therefore, the study of management innovation and the analysis of different aspect of management innovation will provide enterprises reformation with rich theory foundation and experience, has important theory value and practice value.With the guidance of modern management theory and innovation theory, the connotation of innovation and present research status at home and abroad is deeply studied. The development and innovation history of Chinese enterprises is reviewed firstly. The study of present status of enterprises' innovation points out the achievement and shortage. And then, the bottle neck blocking the enterprises' innovation is specially analyzed. The bottle neck is also the most important problem existing in the process of enterprises' innovation, i. e. undefined management idea, unscientific strategy, outdated organization structure, slow action of communication construction, unadaptable enterprise culture. By introducing western modern management theory and practice experience, this paper indicates the method to realize innovation, i.e. emphasizing strategy management, structuring enterprise environment, adjusting organization structure, establishing human culture, strengthening knowledge management and accelerating system innovation. And the paper also expounds the enlightenment and meaning of innovation.
