Research On The Issue Of Telecom Enterprises Transition

In the recent years, structural changes influence businesses all around the world. Under this background, where should the telecom operators go? In this dissertation, ecological system theory and value chain theory are used to analyze the telecom industry relatively systemically, and thinks that the overlapping of the ecological position of the telecom operators and uncertain telecom market demand their transforming, and positioning as platform of multi telecom business, as a bridge linking users and SP, terminal providers, system integrates, network providers and soft providers. Meanwhile, it proposes transforming ideas, such as establishing organizational structure concentrating on clients, reinforcing the weak part of value chains, strengthening platform administration, positively developing all business, etc.
