The Research Of The Enterprises' Sustainable Development Based On Value Chain

Entering into the 21st century, in order to realize sustainable development of the state economy, as the economic society's microscopic main body, enterprises must have to obtain continuous competitive advantage, realize the sustainable development. At the same time, the competition among enterprises has already transferred from the natural resources, the fund and the human resources to the value chain, only by managing the value chain effectively, enterprises can be able to obtain the competitive advantage and realize the sustainable development. As the new thoughts of the business management, the enterprises'sustainable development and the management of the value chain have pointed out the future development direction of enterprises.This article, based on the research basis of the predecessors about enterprise's sustainable development and the management of value chain, tries to make a more comprehensively narration about the development of both theories, discovers the foundation and the essential condition for enterprise's sustainable development. With the detailed analysis of the value chain system, this article also tries to make use of the value chain as an analytical tool in the research on enterprises'sustainable development. Analyzing the industry value chain, the competitor value chain and the enterprise interior value chain separately, the article carries on certain discussion about the realization of the enterprises'sustainable development, and propose a theoretically way to realize sustainable development.
