With the characteristics of the constructing project and the reality of the company, this work wants to build up an agile organization which is going to make the resource distribution marketization.MISIJIAN enterprise group has realized the goal that the constructing project should melt quickly to the resource distribution marketing. The company majors in the construction of the project managerial ability and the key competence. Through promoting the inside constructing ability and the specialized and subcontracting system of material and labor service supply, it wants to form an inside market in the company, which will be the base of company's contracting ability and make the company agile through marketization; At the same time, company should build its system of subcontract through forming the outside market, which will increase the company's flexibility to the market.To build project organization structure, company must set up the organize management organization that face the agile project company.
