The Research On The Risk Management Of High-tech Enterprises Cooperative R&D Networks

Cooperative R&D network occupies an important position in the strategy implementation of high-tech enterprises, however the consciousness of constructing R&D network among Chinese high-tech enterprises is very thin. Nowadays there are a few overseas or domestic academic documents on enterprises cooperative R&D networks, so studying high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks will improve the efficiency of construction, simultaneously ensure good R&D performance of high-tech enterprise.This thesis has analysed promotive factors of R&D networks construction, which included external environment conditions, similar interests and the third-party forces; meanwhile using the transaction cost economic theory to do economic research on the cooperative R&D, and describe the forming process. On the basis of relevant documents, with help of analysis on facts that influnce the successful operation of cooperative R&D, and the recognization of the risk of it, we found out that the risk based on the life cycle of cooperative R&D networks are the key point in the risk management, as well as lend time risk is the key point of the management. On this foundation, we proposd the risk management methods of cooperative R&D networks through the theory as well as the numerical model.In empirical investigation section, we putted forward hypothesizes and analyzed the basic conditions of the cooperative R&D, then carried on the contrast analysis using the benchmark analytic method. We found out that the safeguard system is a good part in the operation process of the high-tech enterprise cooperative R&D networks. Finally, we analyzed the main measures which used by the high-tech enterprises to reduce the R&D networks risk.Finally, we proposed some relevant suggestion on the risk management of high-tech enterprise R&D networks from aspects of both the enterprise and the government.
