Research On Organization Reformation Of Labor Reeducation Enterprise In Guangdong Province

With the change of the situation about national labor reeducation and the influence from market economic reformation, labor reeducation enterprises in Guangdong province are confronted with heavy difficulties, and there are many problems need to solve. How to solve the problems and implement the reformation is the urgent problem.The paper, using the theory of modern economics and management, includes the research of public enterprises organization reformation in labor reeducation and how to redress criminals after the reformation. There are two aspects discussed in the paper, namely policies and approaches on public enterprises organization reformation. In the first aspect, it puts up with the principle, content and measure of reformation. Through establishing public corporation, it is very effective to consign the property to labor reeducation enterprises. In the other aspect, it should adopt different measures to different enterprises. To the first kind of enterprise, the paper clearly proposes that it should establish all kinds of training centers, which are charge for criminals. They must provide learning jobs. To the second and third kind of enterprise, it is very essential that they must quit high-dangerous industry.The paper chooses the reformation of a labor reeducation enterprise as a example, and puts up with a scheme using MBO. At the end, the scheme is evaluated.
