Study On The Problems In The Reform Of Our Country's Electricity System And The Countermeasures

We must develop electricity first if we want to develop economy. Our country' s electricity industry has experienced several revolutions and development, from zero to big and strong. However, there are still many difficulties and problems in the reform, which symbol is "the departed factory and grid" in 2002. It is an import issue to balance the relation between the market reform aim and the development of our national economy.The article introduces the developing and evolving process of China' s electricity industry firstly, then as an emphasis, it analyzes thoroughly the latest electricity system reform station and points out many problems in it, such as the contradiction between produce and supply, supervise and monopolize, the electricity price system problem, the depart problem of the main and the subordination, the contend of coal and electricity, and that of special high voltage. Combined with our country' s situation and current electricity market position, the author analyzes foreign countries' experiences and lessons, and gives us the countermeasures from several aspects to solve the current difficulties in the reform, for example, heading the adjustment of the power supply structure, managing the power grid scientifically, building proper price and supervision system, developing special high voltage power grid.
