Analysis On The Model Of Chinese Forestry-paper Strategic Alliance

The process of speeding up the forestry-paper integration had been put in for several years, which is approved by the government, forestry department and the enterprises.Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristic of the pulp-paper industry and Chinese raw material condition. The paper defines the market cost theory and forest divided theory, which is regarded as the fundament of setting up the forestry-paper strategic alliance evaluation system.Secondly, on the base of the four models of forestry-paper strategic alliance actual analyzing, considering the influence of forestry-paper strategic alliance, this paper establishes an evaluation system on alliance model. This system defines stakeholders as the evaluation principal part, and puts forward to evaluating the model from four aspects: raw material price, raw material quality, cooperation extent and running effect. It makes use of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and synthesis quotients method to solve the weighed index. Through calculating the general numerical value, this paper selects and evaluates the four models. In the analysis of the four models, this paper suggests the dynamic model of "enterprise + base + farmer". In the analysis of the dynamic model, it is proved that the evaluation index system can be used in forestry-paper strategy alliance for reference.At last, pointing to the questions when the dynamic model carrying out, this paper suggests corresponding system. In the end, this paper summarizes the research and put forward to the question needed settling.
