With the development of auto industry, at the same time, logistic studying is going deep, design auto spare-parts logistic system serving auto after market is more and more urgent, some idiographic problem of auto spare-part logistic management are studied, including demand rule analyzing, demand forecast, auto spare-part management, inventory control, etc. the purpose of this article is to provide some references and guides to optimize the auto spare-part logistic of our country.First, two different logistic forms of auto spare-parts which exist currently are putted forward. By analyzing all of the elements in system, the system's strong suit and disadvantage are summarized. the feasibility of constructing a logistic node of auto spare-part is studied. By making use of the effect of brand and scale, the node can assemble the dispersive auto spare-parts market, so the node can increase logistic efficiency and reduce logistic cost and improve client serving level.Second, the problem of demand forecast of auto spare-parts logistic is brought forward. Current, the research of this problem is unsubstantial. Demand forecast of the node is a precondition of processing scientific logistic management. By many statistic data, demand rule of auto spare-parts is analyzed, the demand rule of different auto part is repugnant. According to auto spare-parts failure rule and familiar failure mode and characteristic of failure rate, auto spare-parts are classified. On the basis of studying the theory of Reliability Centered Maintenance and failure rate and experiential failure rate, demand modeling is analyzed.Third, the function of the node of auto spare-parts logistic is discussed. The principle of setting up the node and leading department are putted forward. Some factors are analyzed, which concern the selection of auto spare-part vendor. By making use of the way of Analytic Hierarchy Process, estimation matrix is founded. The best vendor is chosen. By using ABC Classification, all auto spare-parts are classified reasonable according to their storage cost. It is emphasized that some auto spare-parts what have a percent of 20% in number and have a percent of 80% in all storage cost should put in practice preferentially.At last, because of the randomicity and independency of demand of auto spare-parts, the demand of all kinds of auto spare-parts obey poisson distributing in next period of time. when...
