Study On Capital Structure Of Agricultural Listed Company

Listed enterprises are an important pillar of the national economy, which is greatly influenced by their management and organization status. Therefore, close research on the capital structure of listed enterprises and its optimization state is of instructive significance to increase the enterprise's economic benefits and establish the modern enterprise system.Based on the modern theory of capital structure optimization, this paper does a deep study of the present situation, influential factors and optimization of the capital structure of agriculture listed enterprises, using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods. The article begins with the significant influence of the capital structure on enterprises and its research value. It gives a detailed introduction of the theory of capital structure in chapter 2, the theory foundation for the following chapter's discussion. Chapter 3 analyzes the practice of foreign companies'capital structure and the status of the capital structure of enterprises. The next demonstrates the companies'present capital structure and the existent problem in China, and then draws the conclusion: agriculture listed enterprises'capital structure has severe problems, and the capital structural optimization is urgent. Chapter 5 analyses the reasons, both from the enterprises'inter-circumstance and outer-circumstance perspectives. At last, it puts forward the suggestion about the capital structural optimization.
