The Research Of Corporation Value Evaluation Based On Value Management

As changing of the economy circumstance, the application field of corporation value evaluation has been developed merging trade into corporation value management. Researching value evaluation system that is on point of view value management has far-reaching significance for a corporation to bring into effect of value management and improve management efficiency and to realize the goal of maximal value.This article, which is around corporation value evaluation, adopts value chain analysis method. By this method and through modifying existing value evaluation analysis method and system, it constructs a value evaluation system which is not only can be content with request of corporation value management, but also can be used for merging trade.Using for reference from domestic and foreign research, this article synthetically uses standardization analytical method and comparatively analytical method to research the corporation value evaluation system's tectonic issue by the number. Chapter one, the introduction mainly discusses the research actuality of the corporation value evaluation system. And it considers that there are two different systems in corporation value evaluation: the evaluation of the corporation's whole value and management value's evaluation. And it brings forward the assuming to combine these two systems into one. Chapter two, it further discusses the reason why value evaluation system need revaluation. And it is: the binging forward of the management conception's value open up the range of the corporation value evaluation, which induces value evaluation to use different method and system in different area at present. And I think it can via the value chain's analysis to amalgamate the existing value evaluation system, then to construct a suit system of the corporation value evaluation, which includes the financing and the non-financing factors. Chapter three, through the comparing and analysis of whole value evaluation method and management value evaluation system, it brings forward that economy profit index is the base of amalgamation of conception whole value evaluation and management value evaluation system. Chapter four, on the base of analysis the localization of financing evaluation system, it considers non-financing index is the effective supplement for management value evaluation system. And about the application of non-financing index, we may refer to balance score-card thinking to open out. Chapter five, on the base of former two chapters research and integrating economy profit and non-financing index, it constructs the whole corporation value evaluation system, which is based on value management, as well as the amalgamation of whole value evaluation method and management value evaluation system.
