A Study Of Commercial Loans Of CAB Sichuan Branch

With the rising investment to country, China Agriculture Bank is endowed with more functions. As a absolutely new concept, commercial loan is placed at the front of CAB. Why a policy bank should launch commercial loans? How to manage and develop commercial loans? All of the questions are gravely theoretical and practical problems faced with CAB.Since the half past of 2004, CAB has acquired primary fruits. But because of historical reasons, CAB has deal with policy loans for a long time. So there are many problems that don't fit the necessity of commercial loans in the organization, the management idea and the policy of loans. This paper introduces the history of CAB and states the necessity of launching commercial loans of CAB. Then, this paper analyze the advantage, inferior position and the loan object so as to anatomy the problems of commercial loans. Finally, this paper brings forward some advices such as renewing the flow of loan, subdividing clients and forming loan mode of corporation, to promote commercial loans.
