With the rapid development of economy and fierce competition, customers' consumption concept has changed, their demands are more and more individual and they can't bear long time wait. In the world full of fierce competition, the key for companies to obtain all-around competitive advantage is to grant customer individual demands fast.Based on the analysis of foreign and domestic research on customer relationship management and customer demands, this thesis brings forward a new model of customer relationship management. As long as companies adopt the new model, they can satisfy customer individual needs and improve their competitive force and adaptability.This paper studies the new model of customer relationship management systematically. It expounds the new model and builds the tactic system of the new model. Finally, it discusses the applied research of the new model in B airline and offer the solution after making clear the situation of frequent flyer customer relationship management of B airline.The main work of the thesis is that it presents a new model of customer relationship management and builds the tactic system according to the analysis of customer demands.
