The Marketing Management System is mainliy influenced by the following factors, such as the Marketing Environment of macroscopical market,the marketing management philosoph of corporations' market and the development stages,the operating range and the operation characteristic of corporations themselves located in .Whether the Marketing Management System is available or not will have an impact on the efficiency and the result of corporations operating .The ChongQing MX door industry Co.,ltd,founded in 1989,which begins with producing the Tiegun door,and then keeps improving the production design through the analysis on the market demands,rapidly becomes a large-scale company that combines special designs,production,sales of all various of doors and according service after sales.Recently,however,because of the reasons that the rivals,the competitive invironment,the sale channel and the consumers'demands have been changing,the company has many shortcomings concerning the notions of operating,the speed of adapting itself to the changing invironment,creation and so on,and the development speed is lower than that of the same industry in developed regions.Hence, based on the ChongQing MX door industry Co.,ltd,this dissertation applies the theory of modern marketing management and the analysis tools, mainly including qualitative analysis,the theory of four PS,the theory of marketing organizations,the theory of marketing function,the theory of consumers'satisfaction and the theory of new products exploiture.According to these theories,the paper comments on and diagnose the company.Besides,this discourse analysises in detail the questions existing in Marketing Management System,such as the management system of remain the notions of promoting sale,lack of research on the market,effective development on marketing channel and the efficient management,the new products exploitation lagging and so on.This paper brings forward the according measures in order to improve these aspects mentioned above.As a result, this study achieves the purpose of improving the system of marketing management of MX company ,boosting up the competitive dominance and heightening the ratio of the market share.
