| Chongqing Electric Power Corporation is a large-sized state-owned enterprise, dealing with various industries related to electricity and taking up the crucial power supply tasks in Chongqing area. With the environmental change of home and abroad and the rapid economic development in Chongqing area, the safety and stability of regional electricity grid and the quality of electrical energy becomes more and more demanding. Based on the situation of Chongqing Electric Power Corporation, the author of this thesis maps out the development strategy by applying the theories of strategic management and thoroughly analyzing the current resources and environment, and gives some advice on such issues as capital collection, organizational assurance and political support in the purpose of assuring the effective application of power grid development strategy.First of all, the author analyzes the inner and outer environment of the company and elaborates the necessity of network development. Secondly, the author predicts the expenditure of electric power and the development trend of power load by analyzing the future social and economic development in Chongqing area. The result of the research is used as important evidence to setting up the development strategy of Chongqing electricity grid. Thirdly, the author draws a development strategy of Chongqing electricity grid based on the environmental analysis and the result of power load prediction and maps out the scale of construction and investment of Chongqing electricity grid. Finally, the author gives some advice on policy, organization system and capital in the purpose of assuring a smooth application of the development strategy of the grid. |
