The Small And Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Guizhou Financing Question Research

During the last twenty years after the reform of china, especially in the period after the 16th meeting of Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have developed fleetly, this created a competitive and active circumstance for our Chinese people. The SMEs in Guizhou are very significant for this province because they can promote the economic improvement, favor in adjusting the structure of industry, and can relieve the severity of unemployment. However, during their development, the SMEs faced kinds of difficulties when they strive to make progress. Among those problems, loaning is the most difficult one which is focused on measurement.This paper here introduce the role and function of bail-out for SMEs, points out several defects through investigating the situation of the SMEs' loaning, and then gives some innovative advices to solve the problem: setting up the SMEs credit-evaluating systems, developing capital market, building up small and medium-size financial systems.
