The 21st century is a knowledge economy time. The knowledge economy will hold the dominant position of international economy. The accumulation and the innovation of the knowledge will be the main power of the increase of economy in the knowledge economy time. Meanwhile, as the carrier of knowledge, company human beings have more important driving effect than each time. We must arrange the management and development to welcome the knowledge economy time and accelerate the course of our modernization.The human resource management in the new age must adapt to the development of the time,use the modern and scientific methods to make the human resouce meaningly trained and orcgnized with the materials.So that can make the human resource and materials keep a reasonabale potition.It will use the potential ability,improve the effiecy of working,and realize the orcgnize aim management.Whatever knowledge economy or the enhancement of the globalnazition will push the human resource to a new time.This article used the internal and external company human resource management successful experience for reference, discussed a series of theoretical problems about the company human resource management in the new time, and emphasized on the demonstration of the practice of human resource development from the theory and practice. It also analyzed the reality of human resource development from the theory and practice. Based on this, it brought about the innovation development of new time company human resource management.
