Enterprise culture is a newly introduced concept in our country during the course of opening and reformation. It is a new idea of modern business management and exists in every enterprise as a subsystem under the social culture. With the globalization of the economy, the competition of enterprise culture is being a more and more important part of the international market competition. Bounded by the traditional ideas and the culture differences, Chinese enterprises, however, are influenced by the culture conflict during the process of internationalization, which should be rationally erased to avoid the barricade it causes.The dissertation discusses four forms of conflicts of enterprise culture, and analyses the corresponding reasons and influences. Based on the analysis, the dissertation advances the conclusion that it is the effective resolve to reform our enterprise culture. Therefore the principles and process of the enterprise culture reformation is also presented as well as the developing direction of Chinese enterprise culture. |
