Research On New Evaluation Method Of Equipment's Residue Ratio And Application Of Petroleum Industry

As for a country, equipment is not only the material base for developing national economy, but also important criterion for weighing society development level and material civilization degree. As important constituent of the fixed assets, equipment generally occupies the proportion of 60%-70% in the total amount of enterprise's fixed asset, even nearly 80% in petroleum industry enterprises that have dual attributes of technology-intensive and fund-intensive. Therefore, equipment management has become the important factor influencing enterprise's overall situation of producing and keeping. But equipment's residue ratio is the prerequisite and foundation of running management appraisal of equipment. Based on related theory and current estimation methods of equipment's residue ratio, this paper proposes a new evaluation method of equipment's residue ratio, which has important practical significance to appraising equipment's running management correctly and improving running management level of petroleum enterprises.Firstly, the paper summarizes the connotation and essence of equipment's residue ratio, and elaborates the current estimation methods of equipment's residue ratio, including observation analytic method, service life method, depreciated amount method, repairing expense method. Combined with the characteristics and classification of special-use equipment for petroleum industry, the paper analyzes the limitation of current estimation methods of equipment's residue ratio, urging to explore a new evaluation method to reflect the actual running condition of the special-use equipment for petroleum industry objectively.Next, aiming to the limitation of current estimation methods of equipment' residue ratio, the paper carries on the analysis to residue ratio appraisal mechanism of special-use equipment for petroleum industry.
