On The Northeast Old Industrial Base Relations With Northeast Asia Economic Cooperation

This article applies scientific research method of combination of theory and practice, which demonstrates the relationship between Cross-territorial Economic Cooperation of North East Asia and the development of Old Industrial Base of North East China, and provides academic support for the economic cooperation relationship research of North East Asia.
