Small And Middle Enterroises Research Of Development And Innovating

The existence and development of small and middle ranged enterprises are based upon the pattern of objective economy law. The enormous economy achievements have been seen in China for the past 20 years is attributed the success to the development of variety non-state owned enterprises. With such development, the market economy and global market competitivity have been restored strongly with Chinese characteristics, which recognized widely in the industrial world. At the meantime it enhance the recourse distribution efficiency. Though there are still problems on both outer and internal environment factors, but inevitable, they are the common problem for all countries, which are experiencing the economy transform and witnessing the process of setting up the market mechanism.The paper is raising the constructive proposal in terms of microcosmic (the small and middle enterprises) and macroscopic (the government) scope. It mainly focused on how to innovate and enhance the central competitively, to cope with the problem which obstacles the development and expansion of the small and middle enterprises in China.
