Studies On Development And Industrailization Of Agro-High-Tech In YangZhou Municipality

In the article, based on the investigation on 18 research teams, 34 projects of Agro-High-Tech and 46 agricultural enterprises in YangZhou by interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematics statistics, the present status of the development and industrialization of Agro-High-Tech in YangZhou was explored, and related influcencing factors were analyzed. Key fields, priority projects and some support policies were proposed for the further development and industrialization of Agro-High-Tech in YangZhou.Main results of research are as follows:There are three features on research of the Agro-High-Tech in YangZhou. First, research personnel mainly consists of young, higher educated, senior professional talents. Second, most of the studies have reached advanced level both at home and abroad. Third, most of research fund is from provincial or national finance. The superiority domains are new superior varities of animal and crops, new diagnosis reagents and biologic vaccine and nuisanceless techniques in crop production.Major confinement factors in the industrialization of Agro-High-Tech in YangZhou are as follows: (1) lack of the fund for technique industrialization,(2)lack of the leaders in professional technology, (3)weak of innovative ideology of enterprisers, (4) lack of liberal support from government,(5)lack of equipment and condition for industrialization. Main problems in the industrialization of Agro-High-Tech in YangZhou are as follows:(1)lack of fund for technique industrialization,(2)weak of the construction of technicist team,(3)backward and lack of the equipment of the industrialization of Agro-High-Tech,(4)lack of technological information,(5)lack of distinct direction and emphasis of the industrialization of Agro-High-Tech.Five major factors affecting YangZhou agriculture enterprises enjoying recent technology achievement are as follows:(1)lack of technological information,(2) immaturation of technology, (3)great costs of technology transfer,(4)difficulty in asset prospects of Agro-High-tech, (5) lack of ability and condition on pilot testing and engineered. Principal experiences of succeeding in thrusting industrialization of agricultural enterprises in YangZhou are as follows: (1)stabilization and sincerity of industry-teaching-research cooperation,(2)a scientific novelty strategy or plan, (3)correctly analyzing and grasping market information,(4) striving for efficient support of government,(5)strengthening development and positively introducing talents to construct the first-class staff, establishing an effective encouragement system. Principal lessons are as follows: (1) it should not be make a decision when there isn't enough technical information. (2) it mustn't investment blindly when the technology is not mature enough,(3)key technologies should have support from somewhere,(4) more attention should be paind to coordinate introduction of talents and techniques,(5)government should provides more chance for enterprise development, but it shouldn't do everything. The most important aspects of quickening the developmental and the industrialization of Agro-High-Tech in YangZhou which many enterprises thought are as follows:(1)strengthen government's support,(2) enhancing and guiding cooperation between production, teaching and research,(3)positively introducing scientific and management personnel,(4)providing more information service. Measures the government should adopt in speeding up the development and industrialization of Agro-High-Tech are as follows: (1)financial support, (2)tax duration,(3)encouraging the industry-teaching-research cooperation,(4)building fund for guidance of the policy.Priority projects in accelerating the developmental and industrialization of Agro-High-Tech in YangZhou are as follows:(1)efficient vairties breeding of crops and animal,(2)high-efficiency,nuisanceless crop cultivation techniques,(3)deep-processing of agricultural byproducts,(4)environment-sound agricultural inputs, (5)agricultural information technology.It is recommended that the governments should give more funds support,cultivate enterprisers of agriculture science and technology,improve the industry-teaching-research cooperation and provide better development environment to accelerate the industrialization of Agro-High-Tech in YangZhou.
