An Empirical Study On Financial Predicament Pre-warning And Prevention Of Modern Companies

With the constant promotion of the economic system reform, and f ierced competition day by day, financial predicament and liquidation caused by it become a lot of problems that enterprise might faced. Prompt and accurate prediction and analysis of enterprise's financial predicament, have already aroused the attention from western financial theorists, and has also raised the upsurge about the approaches and modes of how to prevent the enterprise's financial predicament. But, the study on pre-warning system of the financial predicament in China, no matter theoretically or on practice are all a weakness.At present, the theorists are concentrating on the reasons and pre-warning of financial predicament mainly. Just as the reasons of enterprise fall into financial predicament are very complicated, so the understanding that how financial predicament formed still has a lot of dispute so far. Because of the accuracy and practicability is not satisfied yet, the research of the financial predicament is still at its exploring stage.Because of reasons above the author regarded listed companies as the research object in this paper, and has carried on more systematic research to the financial predicament problem, which covers from the concept, reasons, characteristics to pre-warning, control methods of financial predicament. Meanwhile, the author attempted to remedy the deficiency of present research, and expected the research results will be useful to the healthy development of Chinese enterprises.
