Study On Industry Structure And Mining Development Of Handan City

Industry structure is one of the most important factors that determine economic increasing mode and economic performance. At new era, Handan city has being at the new historic jumping-off point and the turning point between the first stage of industrialization and the middle stage of industrialization after maintaining high increasing speed of economic development, at present, Handan city is enjoying support of the policy and shouldering new development task. At this critical period of industry adjustment and economic increasing phase, understanding general law of industry structure adjustment, studying industry structure status quo and adjustment direction in details could provide scientific grounds for industry structure adjustment and boost industry structure optimization and upgrade of Handan city.In this paper, connotation and relating theory of industry structure is introduced briefly, evolvement trend of world industry structure and evolvement procedure of domestic industry structure is analyzed; the situation, economic gross, mining development, general industry structure and major problems of Handan city is described; contribution of each industry to economic development of Handan city is calculated with econometrics by empirical study concerning industry structure of Handan city; industry structure and factor efficienc, influence of light and heavy industries to economic increasing, agriculture structure and mining development analyses of Hnadan city are analyzed, and industry structure is forecasted; competitive power of manufacturing industry is analyzed with ICOP( International Comparison of Output and Productivity) of Holand Green University, the result showed that manufacture industry is overwhelming, namely, the iron and steel industry pulled the rapid economic development of the whole city by upgrading of the industry structure; made clear factors need to be paid close attention during industry structure adjustment period based on comprehensive analysis of all industries and SWOT analysis; the direction and orientation of industry structure of Handan city is made clear general law of industry structure adjustment and policy orientation of current and future of domestic industry structure adjustment; at last, countermeasure to industry structure adjustment of Handan city is put forwarded.
