This paper intends to make a brief research on the application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to the third-part E-commerce dotcom, supported by statistics, data mining and computer technology.Introduction tells about the project background, the fundamentally, the content, the difficulties and the innovations encountered in the research. In Chapter One the author introduces the concept, development background and the current application situation in all fields of CRM and then explains the concept, technologies and skills of data warehouse, data mining, Web warehouse and Web mining. In Chapter Two, the author tries to classify the target customers by means of discrimination analysis, and investigate the customer satisfaction through delivering surveys. In Chapter Three, the author carries out the quantitative effects of Web ad and analyzes Web log by means of OLAP.
