Research On Technology Diffusion Of Supply Chain Based On Technology Service Center

The information technology is more and more useful for the supply chain management which faces the 21st Century that is valued as knowledge economy. The knowledge and technology diffusion in supply chain are different from the traditional information flow. The technology diffusion of the supply chain is the process of the advanced technology diffusion in the supply chain. If the advanced technology diffuse widely through the potential users, it will help advance the technology condition and even the whole technology and competitive edge of the supply chain. So ,establish a effective technology diffusion mechanism in aim of enhancing technology diffusion capacity of the supply chain has a lot of operation significance.First, The elements of the technology diffusion in supply chain were discussed, and a technology diffusion mechanism in the supply chain on the basis of technology service center(TSC) and its operation processes which comprise six steps were put forward. Then, the diffusion processes of the sole-owned technologies and co-owned technologies of the members of the supply chain under this mechanism were detailed. In addition, European Innovation Relay Center and China Technology Innovation Information Net are studied to validate the effectiveness of our technology diffusion mechanism.Second, The financing subsidy mode in a three-layer supply chain were discussed, the most optimization subsidy rate, amount of others to finance, the profit increment of everyone in the supply chain were all got, and also reached the Nash equilibrium and Pareto optimum. The influence of subsidy rate to other parameters was discussed. It was pointed out that the output and profit of every firm and also R&D output is increasing function of subsidy rate, but the most optimization subsidy rate is decreasing function of the number of the downstream firms, and has nothing to do with the number of the upstream firms.Finally, the technology diffusion management of the supply chain which is based on TSC. The effect of TSC to the technology diffusion of the supply chain is given firstly. And the technology diffusion management of the TSC and enterprise are detailed.
