The majority of private-run corporate of our country exists in the form of family business. The private-run corporate had become one of most important parts of economy development in china after the constant exploration and hardships for many years. But the development of the family business is still restricted by problem of the corporate governance. JinHai Group is a family business in a typical growth stage, the question met is representative too. This text tries hard through studying about corporate governance problem at growth stage of JinHai Group, put forward the feasible suggestion and tactics of JinHai Group' s corporate governance, and on the basis of analysing the JinHai Group.This text uses property right theory , corporate governance theory , family business life cycle theory, adopting the norm to study such methods as the law , the analytic approach of the case , etc., the theory is combined with reality, qualitative analysis combines with quantitative analysis and carries on comprehensive research to the JinHai Group.
