| ChangQing's infrastructure construction has been strongly powered up by the event that it became the fourth China's municipality which is directly governed the central government. Since then, the building material market, as a relative industry to the property industry, has developed very fast during recent years. Both the scales and the quantities of building material markets in ChongQing have increased amazingly. However the high speed development of ChongQing building material markets is unable to conceal their low level business models, monotonous operating strategies, out-dated administration skills. This paper analyzed the present status of ChongQing building material market, from the view of E-Commence and modern logistics. Then, the problem in ChongQing building material market was pointed out.Afterwards, this paper discussed, to some extent, the strategy about how to solve the problem. Finally, I presented my view about how to systematically plan and technically implement the strategy. This paper includes the following three parts:â‘ Introducing the origin, evolution, and target in the future of E-Commence and modern logistics. Systematically analyzed the dialectical relation of E-Commence and modern logistics. On one hand, E-Commence is an inevitable outcome from the development of modern information technology and modern logistics. On the other hand, the trading results in E-Commence must be implemented finally by the logistics. In this way, the E-Commence and modern logistics both promote each other during their development. â‘¡Specially analyzed the E-Commence and modern logistics in ChongQing building material market. Pointed out the existing problems in ChongQing local market: the business operating model is stayed at a low level, lack of the information system supporting, and lack of trading method by E-Commence, and so on. â‘¢Against the problem existing in ChongQing building material market, provided resolutions including: the government need to guide the enterprise to develop a high business operating model; setting up a distributed computer network for the building market; defined the system architecture and function of the two E-Commence trading method (BTOB, BTOC). Researched, in detail, the technologies involved in the building material information system, and the management methods in modern logistics. |
