Crowdsourcing is the act of outsourcing tasks, traditionally performed by an employee or contractor, to an undefined, large group of people or community, through an open call. Professional Service Crowdsourcing applies information technology into the whole service process, outsources the service task to the skilled netizen through internet.Based on the research of E-commerce, business models, professional services and crowdsourcing, this paper builds a new analysis model, also uses case study method to make study.This paper defines the Professional Service Crowdsourcing model, introduces its types and characteristics, and then, builds a new analysis model including application condition, stakeholders, profit model and value chain, and takes case study of Suiniyi.com based on the analysis model. At last, sums up the values and risks of Professional Service Crowdsourcing, and gives advices of how to use the model.The research of Crowdsourcing is not sufficient in academia of our country, the case study of Professional Service Crowdsourcing is especially lacked. In fact, many firms have already used the model, just because of the lack of theoretical research and summary of practice and thinking, the application is still in the exploratory stage. This paper gives definition of Professional Service Crowdsourcing for the first time, sets up a new analysis model innovatively, takes the forerunner of Professional Service Crowdsourcing as the study object. All the research are based on our country's marketing environment, the summaries and suggestion are derived from business practice, with a strong practical significance and guidance.
