A large number of people's health and safety, the relationship betweenhealthy economic development and social harmony and stability. China's foodsafety laws and regulations and regulatory system was being strengthenedgradually improved food safety standards, food production technology andcontinuously improve product quality, the overall level of food safety has alsobeen significantly improved. But the present food production and processingindustry in China is relatively low level of productivity and unevendevelopment, there is also a large number of food workshops, employing theknowledge level is not high, production facilities and poorly equipped, widelydistributed in rural and urban fringe, showing "many, small, scattered, chaoticand poor" characteristics, a short time is difficult to increase production levelsthere is a certain quality of the food safety hazards.The first chapter from the current situation of food workshops, workshopon the definition, characteristics and the reasons for the existence and role oin-depth analysis. Adopted the definition of formal logic methods, points out thedefinition of workshops problems.The second chapter outlines the food workshops status of the regulationcompared to the regulatory model developed countries, workshops in China thathe problems of supervision.The third chapter on the food workshops regulatory system is analyzedtheoretically, using a system theory approach, field production and processingof food safety regulatory system, the food workshops regulatory system andtheir theoretical analysis of the overall relationship, and in the food workshopand other elements of the correlation analysis.Chapter IV of the food workshop of the regulatory elements put forwardseveral recommendations, including methods used to analyze the risk-baseddecision making to further improve the food workshops in the regulatorysystem.
