Research On The Spatial-temporal Allocation Of Land Consolidation In College Area

With the developing of our county,all industries need more land for the further development. At the same time,people need a better living standard. That made us put more interesting to increase the food production. How we can develop the business, and also develop the agriculture. It has become the most important problem to the government. Land consolidation is using engineering, property adjusting and some other methods to increase the agriculture production. It's the best methods to solve the land-using problem. But now, the research of land consolidation has a lot of limitations. At the present stage, experts do the research of space-time configuration for the regional land consolidation on macro-level as the nationwide and the province. Because the lack of the scientific basics, the college's government and land and resource administrations haven't got ideas to arrange the land consolidation in the area.After the analysis of the basic theory, this paper does some research of the spatial-temporal allocation of land consolidation in college area,and take the college of Lucheng in Shanxi Province for an example to make an empirical analysis by applying the methodology. The main contents and conclusions as follows:First of all,on the basis of briefly analysis to the background of the space-time configuration for the land consolidation and its purpose and significance,this paper summarizes the development of land consolidation at home and abroad and the research results and progress from domestic and foreign scholars in the regional land consolidation,which gives the theoretical basis to the space-time configuration for the land consolidation of college. After that, this paper work out the purpose of this research and the way to get the results.Secondly, analyzed different concepts of land consolidation which is from different experts, this paper ascertained the connotation of land consolidation and space-time configuration. Also it analyzes six theories supporting the thesis,including the theory of sustainable development, systemic theory , the cost-benefit theory, the theory of coordination of population and land,land supply theory and the theory of landscape ecology.Thirdly, study on the spatial-temporal allocation of land consolidation in college area. After analyzed all the elements which do important part in the spatial-temporal allocation of land consolidation,this paper choose some of them to establish the spatial-temporal allocation index system to assess the land consolidation in college area. On the basic of determining the weight of evaluation index, ascertained the score of every element. After established the evaluation mode,this paper used it to do research.Fourthly ,taking Lucheng city in Shanxi province as an example,the paper makes the empirical analysis for the spatial-temporal allocation of land consolidation in college area. Through a comprehensive analysis of the nature, social and economic conditions in the research area, we simply introduced the present situation of land-using and land consolidation. On the basic of these, the methods which we said behead were used to do research on Lucheng city.
