Listed Company Performance Evaluation Index System Is Studied

Scientific evaluation of business performance,helping investors make the right investment decisions and effective business managers to strengthen the supervision and restraint, and improve enterprise management level, to increase competitiveness and ensure sustained and healthy development of enterprises; and for all stakeholders to provide impartial and objective information.However, the establishment of performance evaluation index system is crucial in the performance evaluation process, only to establish a sound scientific index system, to ensure an objective evaluation of corperate performance,just to make the various stakeholders to achieve the desired objectives.The objective of this researching paper is to establishment a comprehensive performance evaluation system in order to precisely evaluate to the list companies'value and strategy growth. The author put great emphasis on the Performance Evaluation System of Modern Enterprise, making introduction and comparison of Evaluation of Value Add (EVA) and The Balanced Score Card(BSC). Through the analysis of each advantages and disadvantages, taking into the consideration of balance of financial and non-financial indexes, the author tries to establish an compressive performance evaluation index which is be appropriate for China's listed companies and the market environment. For the last past, the author use the newly selected and established performance evaluate index to evaluate CITIC Securities. And it could be concluded that CITIC Securities possess the long-term investment value and strategic growth.
