The new experience created by mobile internet not only provide more convenient communication model, but also change our life style in an all-round and multi-angle way. The method of payment has been greatly changed under such situation. The payment mode from cash buying to credit card pay to e-commerce unceasingly meet people's demand in this information age. With the increasing expectations, mobile payment which use cell phones as its carrier are emerging and moving forward. However, its range of application doesn't cover too much and mobile payment haven't huge user base in our country. It is an important problem facing to us to design and improve the user experience of mobile payment.This thesis combined the theoretical study and pratical user research. The first includes the introduction of concept and trend of mobile payment,the user experience of e-commerce and mobile devices and the analysis of customer situation.The user research part makes use of quesntionnaire, observation, interview and card sorting in order to get user's demands and expectations when they buy or pay for something, especially focus on the user experience in different environment and situations.Through sorting out the data about user behaviors and feelings, finally,some design ideas and suggestions are proposed which are specific to each particular situation.
