The application of mobile commerce has been great progress in recent years, mobile payment as a new way to pay more and very common in daily life, but the use of mobile payment is not very wide. With the development of society and to enhance the user's own needs, user acceptance for mobile payment as well as the impact of the acceptance and adoption of mobile payment factors were also different. Therefore, I based on the Shanghai of this international environment, this research on the acceptance and adoption of mobile payment on the basis of studies to explore the impact of user acceptance behavior of mobile payment major factor in the relationship between the various factors, so as to provide mobile payment services companies provide reference. In this research, I through a questionnaire survey method and combine a structural equation model, develop empirical research to user acceptance of mobile payment services. The results show that the use context as a factor which to user acceptance of mobile payment service's intention have a determination effect. In addition, the use of mobile payment and use context are also affected by mobility and usefulness of indirect effects.
