Since last year, by the international financial crisis, the state promptly introduced a large-scale economic stimulus plan, moderate loose monetary policy has led to the rapid expansion of the size of bank credit, but the operating environment of banks face greater challenges and uncertainties. Ability to detect, identify, and properly to prevent, resolve, dispose of the risk of continuing to improve the quality of credit assets, to ensure the security of credit assets, the key to the ability of banks post-loan management. Therefore, after a longer period, which is still present than any time, but also faced with higher demands.In this paper, by analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad, summarizing the existing post-loan management of commercial banks, which is based on the results of China Construction Bank Corporation in Hengyang City Branch , conducted in-depth analysis, puts forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper argues that the concept of post-loan management Hengyang China Construction Bank and means of post-loan management processes, credit risk monitoring and post-loan management system for the dynamic implementation there is a big bias needs to be strengthened. The main reason for study, first, post-loan management philosophy behind, "refinance light pipe" thinking in fact existed; second loan after the inspection ineffective, the potential risks of hidden dangers constantly expanding; three post-loan management team is a professional level is not high, right post-loan management constraints is relatively large; four post-loan management assessment is imperfect, leading to post-loan management execution is not high; 5 is a bank-enterprise information asymmetry, cross-regional business increased, leading to post-loan management and cost-increasing radius; 6 yes post-loan management with the poor customer wishes, an increase of post-loan management more difficult.Based on the findings, this paper argues Hengyang, China Construction Bank to strengthen post-loan management of the way the core is to establish and perfect the mechanism for long-term credit business post-loan management. Should always post-loan management credit management as a top priority, take the initiative to innovate with the times, to ensure that the fine level of post-loan management, and continuously build and upgrade the Hengyang, China Construction Bank Credit Management's core competitiveness.
