| As the expansion of the project scale, the development of the complexity of skills and technology, and the dramatic change of social economy environment,the risk increase obviously and the relationship between each kind of risk becomemore and more complex. This makes risk management crucial in a projectmanagement. Risk will cause the damage, so does the risk management. The"damage" caused by risk management is the cost of the risk management. So far,as most of the construction projects in our country are always short on funds,with the feature of risk management, which could not brim profit directly to theprojects, it is difficult for the project manager to pay enough attention on the riskmanagement. We can not simply increase the investment and abort the riskmanagement, nor raise the "insurance modulus" instead of controlling the risks.Risk management is not limited in finance and insurance by the growth of it. It isused in lots of trades and fields.In the engineering construction, the appliance of riskmanagement is popular step by step. But this appliance is limitied in some largeconstrucion projects and feasibility studies of engineering projects at present. For theimplement of middle and small construction projects, the study and appliance of riskmanagement are lacking. The risk management is hardly carried out in the middle andsmall construction projects in China nowadays. The managers of the projects just dealwith the risks depend on their experience. As so as it is not enough that controling therisks of construction projects only depends on some managers of projects. So toexplore a practicable and suitable method for risk managemet of middle and small construction projects has a great meaning.This paper first explain the meaning of risks of road construction project and the definition of risk ,introduce the characteristics and category of a risk, and the main factor of risk arising, discussed the whole process of risk management which include risk identification, risk assessment and analysis, decision making of planning, implementation of planning, clear that the objectives of risk management is to avoid the appear of risk through effective management , take effective measures after risk occurrence so as to control the business risk of projects to achieve maximum economic efficiency and most Satisfactory economic results. Combine my engineering experience to discuss how to avoid the risk of the construction business from four aspects that the contract risk, management risk, risk of project cost management, project information and technology management risks, at last, Cited specific projects Cases as example to elaborate risk management. |
