| In recent years, the leading role in cultural and the strong effect on industry association of tourism industry make its promotional effect on regional economic and cultural development widely accepted. In a sense, tourism industry development is an effective way for a country or region to participate in the distribution of wealth and share the achievement in economic growth. As the development and opening up of Tianjin binhai new area rising to the national strategy, its tourism also has unprecedented development opportunities, but is still faced with some disadvantages and competitive challenges. In this new situation, in order to further perfect its travel service system and promote sustained, rapid and healthy development of the tourism industry even the overall regional economic, it is necessary to do a systematic research and rational planning of the tourism resource development.This article makes scientific, systemetic and reasonable plans based on the theoretical framework of tourism development, the basic principles of sustainable development and the dynamic and widespread contact point of view. Through a series of methods such as defining the research object exactly, doing comprehensive evaluation of the tourism resources situation and SWOT analysis and as well as comparing characteristics of inbound and domestic tourist markets by analysing annual statistical data, we clear the general idea of tourism development, introduce the strategic orientation from various angles, then design overall layout and major tourist products reasonably, all these enhance the brand effect and enlarge popularity.At last, we put forward suggestions of regional tourism cooperation between the new area and its neighboring region based on the basic principle of regional tourism cooperation which further enhance its core competitiveness and realize its tourism development efficiently and rapidly. |
