Innovation Research On The Choice Of Tactics For China's Outward Foreign Direct Investment

China's Outward Foreign Direct Investment(OFDI) started from later seventieth years or early eightieth years of the twenty's century. It has been more and more important in the country's economy after 30 years' development, though the level of China's OFDI is comparatively low. There's some deficiencies in the subject , the industry, the location and the mode selection of China's OFDI. The four above-mentioned choices is the foremost problem to be solved in any country's OFDI as to solve this problem properly or not relates to the effectiveness of OFDI. The research purpose of this paper is to solve this problem. It firstly elaborates on the OFDI theories from traditional International Direct Investment Theory and Developing Country's OFDI Theory. Secondly, it analyses the current situation of our country's OFDI,which includes the general situation,the trait and the development trend of China's OFDI from a macroscopic analysis of the fundamental. Thirdly, it states the investment subject , the industry, the location and the mode selection of China's OFDI in detail. For the choice of investment subject, it states the developing current situation and the imperfectness of the investment subject and how to optimize the structure of the investment subject. For the choice of investment industry , it analyses the current situation and the imperfectness of the industry choice, then it elaborates the industry choice standard. Lastly, it submits the tactics of how to optimize industry choice. For the investment location, it analyses the current situation, the imperfectness and the influence factor of the investment location choice, and it verifies the influence factor from data examination. Finally, it submits the tactics of how to optimize location choice. For the investment mode choice,it firstly compares Greenfield Investment with Buyout, individual proprietorship with joint adventure, at the same time, it points out the merit and the shortcoming of each investment mode. Then it submits the tactics of how to optimize the investment mode choice. In the back part of this paper, it's the conclusion.
