Charismatic leadership also call transformational leadership, visionary leadership,which isable to produce the following effects on the subordinate's leadership style: full confidence to thecorrectness of faith leaders; accept the leader's faith; unconditional accept, love and obey theleader's order; agree with leaders and imitate their behavior to achieve organizational goals with astrong sense of mission and so on.The advantage of charismatic leadership is reflected in incentives. Incentives includes:increase efforts to intrinsic motivation; enhance self-efficacy and collective efficacy; producesense of"evolution"; produce a better vision for the future; stimulate the personal dedication.These incentives can be further transformed into community-level effectiveness on organizationalperformance. The community academic's linking with the theory of charismatic leadership is totest how organizational context effect charismatic leadership style and formulate it. When thecharismatic leader who can effectively motivate subordinates work with the extra effort, andenhance group members' demand to make personal profit attention turned from personal tocommunity, charismatic leaders can promote organizational effectiveness. As the reformedorganizational culture can provide the reformed leadership environment adapt to organizationalbehavior and changing market competition environment. Therefore, reformed corporate cultureprovides charismatic leadership strong support.The growth approach of charismatic leadership experience three stages: early experience,education, testing stages. in the first stage, along with the needs of Maslow's demands theory,potential charismatic leaders formed a political desire and motivation; in the second stage, schoolsand families of political education formulate charismatic leadership potential political efficacy andpolitical purposes; in the final stage, testing exercise to provide charismatic leadership practicebattle.
