| Unlisted enterprises'existence has become a fact with listing and restructuring of large & medium-sized state-owned enterprises through separating the minor enterprises from the major ones. But how to keep sustainable development and how long they will last are still main problems for the unlisted enterprises,and that is a community-wide concern. On the basis of stabilizing the staff the unlisted enterprises in Daqing Oilfield has positively probed into sustainable development in recent years. Because they are state-owned and enjoy particularity, it is difficult for unlisted enterprises to make business structure adjustment. Therefore it is of great significance to explore new thoughts for business structure adjustment of the unlisted enterprise in Daqing oilfield.Firstly, this thesis analyses business characteristics of the unlisted enterprise in Daqing oilfield and its existing problems. Business characteristics of the unlisted enterprise in Daqing oilfield include resources poor review, dependence and dependence strong, foreword competition and repetitive construction, social burden, policy flexibility and so on. That leads to business structure of the unlisted enterprise in Daqing oilfield existing business varieties confused, main business having limited market space, poor competition ability, pigtail industry late start, and related mechanism imperfect, etc.Secondly, the thesis adjusts strategic objectives and strategic principles for business structure of the unlisted enterprise in Daqing oilfield. Based on the strategy analysis of internal and external environment in the SWOT and value orientation, this thesis determines three strategies of business structure adjustment of the unlisted enterprise in Daqing oilfield. That includes penetration strategy, stripping strategy and differentiation strategy. Strategic concrete implementation of three phase flow is strategic planning, strategic business and strategic control.At last, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of business structure adjustment of the unlisted enterprise in Daqing oilfield. That is the resource optimization, grasping the key link in the organization operation, innovation mechanism, raising the core competitive ability of the main business, vigorously developing pigtail industry, cultivating new economic growth point, developing oilfield's comprehensive service and logistics base business, and promoting industrial concentration. |
