With the increasing degree of capital invest into our country directly, most of which flows into China's electronic information industry. According to the data which released on wealth net from January to September in 2010, The cumulative FDI inflow into China's electronic information industry, reached 74.34 billion U.S. dollars. Meanwhile, China's electronic information industry grew larger, accounting for the proportion of the rise in our high-tech industry. On the surface, FDI contributed to the development of China's electronic information industry. However, FDI in China's electronic information industry development of domestic enterprises is really beneficial? The problem is China's electronic information industry, the focus of rational use of FDI.In this paper, China's electronic information industry as the research object, focusing on China's electronic information industry, domestic sector, and using a combination of theoretical and empirical methods. We analysis the FDI spillover effect which flow into the domestic enterprises, mainly from the investment, high-tech talent, technological progress and industrial upgrading, etc. The mechanism of spillover effects of FDI into China's electronic information industry-funded enterprises. Positive aspects of the software by using principal components analysis SPSS, high-tech industries in China Statistical Yearbook by selecting the electronic information industry in 2003-2008 data, modeling of the spillover effect of FDI for empirical analysis. FDI can be seen on the China's electronic information industry had a negative spillover effect, and thus cause analysis by empirical results. Respectively, from an investment perspective, high-tech talent perspective, technological progress and industrial upgrading point of view because of the angle. Finally, China's electronic information industry under the current FDI in my favor corresponding countermeasures and suggestions put forward. So as to promote China's electronic information industry-funded departments make better use of FDI to accelerate its own development.
