| In today's intensively competitive market environment, is really hard for an enterprise to possess an omni-directional resource advantage. Blind pursuit of "large and all-inclusive" or "small and all-inclusive" management can hardly retain and foster enterprises'core competitiveness. Outsourcing, as a revolution of management pattern, is developing rapidly and the providers selection, as the core in outsource, get more and more attention and the correlative research findings. But the research about the service capability on vendor's perspective is so little, and the attention from foreign researchers is also begin in recent years. So this paper in this field has an important theoretical and practical significance.The structure of this paper is theory-model-empirical analysis. First, based on the resource-based theory, core competence theory, comparative advantages theory and dynamic power theory, the writer select seven representative factors as the advanced infrastructure, human resource capability, professional skill, relationship management capability, service delivery capability, field knowledge and experience, project and process management capability. On this basis constructed the influence factors of human resource management outsourcing conceptual model. Secondly, the paper obtained valuable information by the way of questionnaire, and several regression analysis means are used to verify the hypothesis of the model. Finally, based on the empirical analysis results, the writer proposed some helpful suggestions that help the decision-makers to make more reasonable outsourcing decisions.The regression results prove that the advanced infrastructure, human resource capability, relationship management capability and service delivery capability has a significant positive impact on supplier service capability and the influence from relationship management capability and service delivery capability is stronger than the advanced infrastructure and the human resource capability. The professional skill, the field knowledge and experience, project and process management capacity has positive impact on supplier service capability, but not significant, which prove that the professional skill, field knowledge and experience, project and process management capacity has not been the focus of outsourcing when our country undertake lower business mainly. |
