Research On The Logistics Development Trend Of Hebei Province

Modern logistics industry as the important component of the social economic system, its status and influence has become increasingly prominent. The modernization and economic strength of a country would be integratedly embodied in its level of logistics development. Along with the rapid rise of the Bohai economic circle and economic impetus of Beijing-Tianjin region, the economic development in Hebei province has confronted the unprecedented opportunities and challenges, thus it produces a crucial problem for all trades and professions in the entire province to handle, that is, what appropriate measure should be taken to deal with this specific situation. The logistics industry as the mainstay industry in Hebei province has a late start and comparatively backward technology, but in geographical location and resources reserves it has certain advantages. It is worth a further research in Hebei province on how to make a thorough analysis on the aspects of potential development and directions of inner-provincial logistics industry based on the existing industrial environment and system, and how to seize the opportunity as well as face the challenges and to give the further drive on heaving overall strength of the provincial logistics industry.This thesis is based on the development of logistics industry in Hebei province, systematically analyzes the previous research works and related theories of provincial logistics, and proposes a system of evaluation index in accordance with the actual situation of development of provincial logistics industry. This index system covers 18 evaluation indexes of logistics development level's 4 aspects, and completely shows these indexes from different angles and aspects; Meanwhile This thesis collected between 2002 and 2009 in Hebei province annual index after related data, the principal component analysis has been chosen to evaluate the index system. According to the index to entrust with the weight of each index weight of 4 aspects, the thesis make the comprehensive level index and a synthetic trend diagram analysis. Finally, the thesis gives a series of policy suggestions and measures from five aspects based on empirical analysis conclusion and the circumstance of Hebei province.Through the research, this thesis sums up a evaluation index system which is suitable for provincial logistics development, it also gives the models, evaluation results and suggestions, it provides not only the scientific theoretical guidance for Hebei logistics development, but also the theoretical basis and the principles on improving the current state of logistics and promoting modern logistics in Hebei province.
